Meet the Dogs

Although MJ Parker had owned many Rottweilers and Dobermans previously, Kali was the first Rottie to be in the house with a Parker child. The love of Kali’s life was always Linzee, the oldest Parker daughter. You won’t want to miss all the stories of Linzee and Kali growing up together starting with Linzee picking her out from the litter, to the process of Kali getting a name, and many more stories along the way, sadly ending with her departure to the Rainbow Bridge.

The Parker family have long been supporters of the North East Rottweiler Rescue and Referral. This organization is responsible for saving the lives of so many beautiful dogs. Thor was the Parker’s only rescue. They got him when he was approximately four years of age. He was brought into the house when Kali was about three years of age. Thor had a big heart and a big personality to go with it. He was the cuddliest Rottweiler and had some great adventures. This book series will include stories about Thor alone and some of his adventures with Kali. Thor’s books will follow his path from being homeless to being in a loving family who adored him until he visits the Rainbow Bridge.

Taylor is the youngest Parker child and when she was six years old, “Sammy” Parker became part of their lives. Samson’s stories mingled together with the antics of all the Parker kids will make you laugh as well as bring you to tears. Samson unfortunately lived on the earth a short six years before he visited the Rainbow Bridge. Everyone in the neighborhood loved Sam and wanted him to be a part of all their activities including Halloween, Slumber Parties, Christmas, Easter and more. Rottweiler Tales is a company built because of Samson Parker. Our first book “Samson Gets a New Home” is the beginning of his amazing journey with the Parkers.

The Parkers love their Oliver (“Ollie”) Parker, but Ollie is the “Grumpy” Rottweiler. His stories will make you laugh out loud when you read about how stubborn and grumpy he really can be. Ollie has the distinction of being the smartest of all our Rotties and he understands every word that his Humans speak. Does he obey and listen to the humans? You will have to read his books to find out! At the formation of our company, Ollie is still very much alive and getting himself into trouble daily.
